Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zelqa Technologies website, enrolling in a course, or engaging our QA consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who We Are

Zelqa Technologies is an Enterprise Software Testing Academy and independent QA consulting provider, headquartered in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, registered under the Udyam (MSME) Program (Reg. No. UDYAM-AP-10-0018168).

Course Enrolment & Access

• Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment.
• Course access is personal to the enrolled student and may not be shared, resold, or transferred without written permission from Zelqa.
• Each student account is linked to one registered mobile number and permits one active login session at a time. Attempts to share login credentials, access the platform from multiple devices simultaneously, or distribute course URLs may result in automatic session termination and/or suspension of access.
• Course materials (including PDFs) may include watermarking or other protections tied to the enrolled student's account.
• Access duration, batch schedules, and certificate issuance will be specified on the individual course page.
• Zelqa reserves the right to remove access for any student found violating these Terms.

Business/QA Services Engagements

Scope, timelines, and deliverables for QA consulting engagements will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Zelqa acts as an independent third-party tester; final responsibility for release decisions rests with the client. Confidential client information shared for testing purposes will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required to deliver the engagement or by law.

Payments

• All payments are processed securely through PhonePe.
• Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise stated; international clients are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction charges from their bank.
• Course fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully completed. Before completing payment, students must confirm agreement to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy via the checkout consent checkbox.

Intellectual Property

All course content, training material, website content, branding, and logos are the property of Zelqa Technologies and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission. Project code, reports, or documentation delivered as part of a QA consulting engagement belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to Zelqa's systems or other users' accounts, or share, resell, or publicly redistribute paid course content.

User-Generated Content & Moderation

There is no public comment or posting feature anywhere on the website. All user-generated content — including course reviews, testimonials, and feedback — is moderated by Zelqa before becoming publicly visible.

• Course reviews may only be submitted by logged-in students who have completed or are currently enrolled in the relevant course.
• All reviews require administrator approval before publication.
• Business testimonials are published only by Zelqa directly and are not open to public submission.
• Contact form and QA assessment submissions are received only by Zelqa's administrators and are never displayed publicly.
• The Ask Zelqa AI assistant provides private, one-to-one responses; there is no public chat feature.

Account Suspension for Violations

Zelqa may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate account access, without refund, for sharing login credentials, posting abusive or unlawful content, uploading harmful files, or attempting to circumvent platform security.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Training outcomes depend on individual effort and market conditions; Zelqa does not guarantee employment. QA services are delivered per agreed scope. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zelqa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh having jurisdiction.
