How We Maintain Quality in QA Services
- ✔Every engagement starts with a documented test plan — scope, approach, and entry/exit criteria agreed before execution begins.
- ✔Defects are logged with reproduction steps, environment details, and severity, not just a one-line description.
- ✔Regression suites are prioritized by business risk and revisited on every release, not written once and left to rot.
- ✔Release validation is a formal go/no-go recommendation, delivered by someone other than whoever built the feature.

How We Maintain Quality in Training

- ✔Course content is built from and updated against live client project work, not a fixed syllabus written once.
- ✔Certificates are issued only on completion of the actual coursework and capstone, not on payment alone.

Scope & Ownership
This policy covers both of Zelqa Technologies' business lines — independent QA consulting and the Enterprise Software Testing Academy — and applies to every engagement and cohort, regardless of size.
